Growing team

Growing team

As our mission continues to grow, so does our team, thanks to God's provision. In Pakistan, we are blessed to have around 70-80 individuals who selflessly dedicate their time and effort to various areas of our organization. Their commitment is driven by their deep desire to witness long-awaited change in their country. While we may eventually need to hire staff in Pakistan due to their immense dedication, we are grateful that God has brought forth individuals who are willing to work tirelessly for the cause, expecting nothing in return. Their ultimate goal is to witness people being set free, and finally, we are making that a reality.

On the U.S. side of operations, I am thrilled to share that we have been blessed with the expertise of a qualified marketing volunteer who has joined our team. Additionally, we have been fortunate to have a talented videographer offer his services to create compelling content for us. His first video, which is now featured at the top of our website, truly captures the heart of our mission.

What excites me the most about all of this is the realization that our team will need to continue growing in the long term. I am aware that I cannot handle all of the work on my own. My prayer is that, in God's perfect timing, He will bring the right people to join us at the right time, ensuring that every task necessary for advancing this mission will be accomplished. While I may not possess extensive knowledge in areas such as marketing or video production, I firmly believe that all the work we do is God's mission. By seeking His guidance continuously, I am confident that He will lead the most suitable individuals to us.

Another remarkable example of God's providence occurred as we discussed the expansion of a campus in Pakistan and considered the importance of establishing proper security protocols for the site. It was during this time that I had the privilege of meeting an exceptional individual with real estate experience and 22 years of law enforcement background. These instances illustrate that this story is far greater than any one person, and it is a testament to God's glory.

I am incredibly excited for what lies ahead as we witness the continued growth of our team, the fulfillment of God's promises, and the impact we will make in the lives of those we serve. Together, we are part of a much larger narrative, and it is humbling to be part of God's extraordinary work.
